How to send it from FUB · 60 seconds

  1. Open FUB → People tab → select ALL contacts (this newsletter goes to EVERYONE in your FUB · Sphere + Hot + Medium + Nurture + Not Contacted · all of it)
  2. Batch actions → Email
  3. Grab the Subject above · tweak it to match the intro you're going to write · they should feel like they belong together
  4. Personalize the Intro paragraph in YOUR voice · one or two sentence tweaks make it sound like YOU wrote it, not a mass send · this is the other thing besides subject that YOU own
  5. Hit 📋 Copy full email body · paste into FUB · FUB replaces %contact_first_name% with each recipient's real first name · send
