The alphabetical order removes the "I'll text them later" decision fatigue. You just check the cycle and do it.
The script is intentionally not about real estate. The goal isn't to generate a transaction this week · it's to stay top of mind so when they DO need real estate (theirs, a friend's, a referral), there's only one name they think of.
